Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, took possession of the goods. If several goods ordered in a single order are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, took possession of the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Electronic withdrawal function
You can also declare your withdrawal using the easily accessible electronic withdrawal function on varetti.de. Once you have submitted your declaration, we will confirm receipt to you without delay on a durable medium, for example by e-mail.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Returning the goods and costs of return
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
Please arrange the return of an outdoor kitchen with us in advance by e-mail to info@varetti.de so that we can organise transport and collection safely. This is not a condition for validly exercising your right of withdrawal.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Due to their nature, outdoor kitchens and large kitchen modules cannot be returned by normal post. For a collection arranged by us within Germany, the expected cost is currently approx. 150,00 € per shipping package; with several shipping packages, the cost is multiplied accordingly.
Compensation for loss of value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for custom-made goods
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
The above right of withdrawal applies to series-produced outdoor kitchens and kitchen modules that are not custom-made. Whether a specific configuration is excluded from the right of withdrawal as a custom-made product will be clearly communicated to you before you place your order.
